Fished with one of the funnest and funniest guys I've ever had the pleasure of fishing with! I got a lesson in A LOT of angling history!!! I think I may learn to love carp! (I will still never call them fresh water bonefish...)

Hooked a couple tanks on the Dream Stream and they danced like baby Tarpon (c'mon...if you're gonna call a carp a bonefish...)

Stephen, I truly cannot wait to fish together again!!! (P.S. Please send me all the pics you took!!!)

I love fishing with Families. All of the connections seem deeper. This trip, while not exceptionally productive in terms of fish count, only served to reinforce the importance of family.

I look forward to future trips and better catching...I don't think we could have had better fishing!

First fish on a fly rod!!!

I'm not gonna say that the first fish we hooked was among the biggest I'd ever seen in the canyon...cuz that'd just be mean! (even if it's true). None the less, Loads of fish to hand, Father and Son, beautiful day in a beautiful canyon! I cannot think of anything else that would make for better day (well...except maybe landing that first fish!)

Adams Family

Not the cool old tv series from the 70's...WAY cooler!

I celebrated the day before the 4th with a cool family! An auspicious start to an afternoon adventure gave way to what was at best a mediocre caddis hatch...but as so often is the case, persistence, a great attitude, and a ready smile will coax even stubborn fish to the net!

I'm waiting on a few more pictures they took but have a little evidence of these guys outworking what are pretty hard working fish!

I can't wait for their next visit!!!

1st Cast! Jim MacDougall

It can be a blessing or a curse for a client to hook up on the first cast...today (well...in fairness...this morning) it was a blessing!

Jim's story is one of success and his hard work and determination made being a guide today a real pleasure and super easy!
